After seeing some water stains I was worried about mold. Called FMT and the crew was there the next day. Very impressed with how quickly they responded.

They are super Fast and very reliable. They came on time and the whole process was done quicker than I expected. I got the report same day which was really helpful for me. Thanks so much

We had a suspicion that something wasn't right and decided to get a proper inspection done. FMT Fort Lauderdale did a mold inspection and they confirmed mold and gave detailed instructions. glad we didn't ignore it.

I recently had a mold inspection done in my unit in Fort Lauderdale because I was getting that musty smell and was worried about hidden issues (especially with how humid it gets here). I went with Fast Mold Testing after seeing they do quick service, and honestly, they were great. The guy who came out was on time, super professional, didn't try to upsell me on anything extra, and explained everything he was doing as he went along. He took air samples and a couple surface swabs from the spots I pointed out, and I had the full report with lab results back in just a few days—way faster than I expected. Turned out there was some low-level mold behind a bathroom cabinet (from a small leak that had been fixed), but nothing crazy. The report was clear, easy to understand, and gave me solid next steps without scaring me into thinking my place was doomed. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with a similar issue.
